What exactly is an Ebook? Put simply, ebooks are electronic books that can be read on a computer screen or printed out to paper. Ebooks come in the form of simple programs that you can download and store on your computer. Ebooks can be delivered in an instant and at no cost (via direct download from the Internet or as an attachment to an email message). There are a number of different ebook formats that work on different types of computers and use different types of “reading” software. The ebooks offered by Monger Publications are compiled in Adobe PDF format You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software to read our books. This software can be downloaded or free by clicking on the Get Adobe Reader icon on the Purchase Book page. All of our ebooks work with both Windows based and Mac based computers. How do I download and read your ebooks? After completing the purchase and check-out process simply click the download link for the ebook. This will launch the Windows “Save as…” dialog box. Select a folder (directory) on your computer to save the ebook in (e.g. My Documents). Once the ebook is downloaded, open the folder where you saved the ebook and double-click the icon to start reading. If you are downloading an ebook in ZIP format, you’ll need to have a copy of WinZip to open the file. You can download a free version of WinZip from here. Once you’ve downloaded the ZIP file, double-click the icon to open it. Select all the files in the WinZip window and click “Extract”. Choose a folder to extract the file(s) to. Go to that folder on your computer and double-click the icon to open the file(s). How long does it take to download an ebook? The speed of the download depends largely on the size of the ebook in question and the speed of your Internet connection. Typically, the download should take between 1 and 6 minutes. What kind of payment methods do you accept? Monger Publications accepts online payments utilizing the very secure PayPal online payment processing system. You may purchase our ebooks with any credit card or by having the purchase amount charged directly to whatever bank account you set up as a payer if you choose to establish a PayPal account. Is it safe to order with credit-card from Monger Publications? Yes. PayPal is a highly respected online payment processing system. Extensive anti-fraud measures are in place that guarantee the complete security of every transaction. Will my money be refunded if I am not satisfied with your product? Yes. For a fee of only US$0.25 PayPal offers a money back guarantee. You will find details on this guarantee on the final check out page and may elect to take advantage of it when you make payment. It will not be necessary to return the ebook in order to receive a full refund.
